Annual Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic and Medication Drop Off this year on
Wednesday, the 13th of October 2021, from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. at the Perry County Fairgrounds - New Lexington, Ohio.
The Perry County Health Department staff and volunteers, with the cooperation of various other Perry County agencies and other community partners, will hold their Annual Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic and Medication Drop Off this year on Wednesday, the 13th of October 2021, from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
This event will again this year be held at the Perry County Fairgrounds Coliseum in New Lexington.
PFIZER COVID 19 Vaccinations and Boosters (for those eligible) will also be available.
The COVID 19 Vaccinations are FREE.
For the Seasonal Flu Shot, cost is $25 for standard dose and $66 for senior (age 65 and older) high dose vaccine. Many insurances can be billed, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Bring your photo ID and health insurance card for the Seasonal Flu Shot, or your photo ID and COVID 19 white vaccination card, and also please wear short sleeve clothing.
Other ongoing events on this day in addition to Flu Shots and COVID 19 Vaccinations include unused or unneeded Medications Drop Off and Perry County Safe Community information.
This event also provides training and experience for emergency preparations and response operations in case of a local emergency or disaster.
