Perry County Ohio Job and Family Services (PCJFS) is seeking bids for Private Transportation Contractor for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to provide transportation for Medicaid eligible customers to and from medical providers who provide Medicaid covered services. Contractors would be in contract with PCJFS and used on an as needed basis, which include typical and non-typical hours/days of the week.
