Perry County Park District Woodcock Watch | March 3, 11, 19, and 27, 2023

Perry County Ohio Park District will be hosting a Woodcock Watch on Friday, March 3 and Saturday, March 11 at 6:15 pm at Glenford Fort Earthworks - 11995 State Route 757, Glenford.

With any luck, we will see and hear their unique courtship and aerial displays. But it will require us to be a good and quiet audience. There will be a short (2-3 minute) walk from the parking lot for optimal viewing. Some mud may be encountered so please dress for the weather and ground conditions. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on if desired and a flashlight for the walk back.

The program will last approximately an hour. We hope to see you there!
