Perry County Ohio First Half 2023 Real Estate Taxes Are Due Friday, March 8, 2024.
First Half 2024 Manufactured Home Taxes are also due Friday, March 8, 2024.
We accept payment by cash, check, money order, credit or debit card.
We accept payments by mail, online, or in the Treasurer's Office 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Perry County Ohio Second Half Real Estate Taxes Are Due June 30, 2023
Second Half 2022 Real Estate Taxes Are Due Friday, June 30, 2023.
Second Half 2023 Manufactured Home Taxes are also due Friday, June 30, 2023.
In following with the Ohio Revised Code, to avoid a 5% penalty, pay taxes by 6/30/23. An additional 5% penalty will be added after 10 days past due.
