The American Red Cross is currently experiencing an urgent need for NEW volunteers in Perry County Ohio to help serve local families in our community!

THE AMERICAN RED CROSS NEEDS YOUR HELP TO PROMOTE A COUPLE OF CRITICAL VOLUNTEER NEEDS IN PERRY COUNTY!! | March 22, 2021

 

Greetings Perry County Community Leadership,

 

THE AMERICAN RED CROSS NEEDS YOUR  HELP TO PROMOTE A COUPLE OF CRITICAL VOLUNTEER NEEDS IN PERRY COUNTY!!

My name is Michael Vance and I am a volunteer recruitment specialist with the East Central Ohio Region of the American Red Cross.

 

We are currently experiencing an urgent need for NEW volunteers in the area to help serve local families in our community!

 

At this time, we could use help in promoting a couple of critical Perry County volunteer needs in our local community which include:

  1. DISASTER ACTION TEAM - VIRTUAL ASSOCIATES:  New volunteers (4-6 new volunteers) are currently needed to assist with local LOCAL DISASTER RESPONSE efforts.  Individuals can register and take the on-line training courses at home to learn how to respond to support victims of local disasters. ** An important note here, volunteers can serve in this position while working from home to support local families affected by home fires and other disasters!
  2. BLOOD DONOR AMBASSADORS:  Local blood drive volunteers are also needed to staff our welcome desk and health screener positions (protective equipment will be provided) to support our local blood donors at area blood drives.
