Looking for a great open-air green space with free WiFi to connect in a virtual environment, do remote learning, work, or homeschool? Visit Perry County District Library!

A big thank you goes to the Perry County Commissioners for making this idea a reality by providing funding for the project. We thank Southern Local School District for funding the Corning Branch WiFi expansion through Cares Act funding as well.

By working together, all Perry County District Library locations now have robust outdoor WiFi! The Commissioners also provided funding for outdoor seating areas at library locations where space allowed, as well as benches in the Village of Shawnee.
