MARCH STATISTICS

During the month of March the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider: twenty-one estates, two guardianships, three minor name changes, and one miscellaneous case. There were nine marriage licenses issued during the month and Judge Cooperrider performed one wedding ceremony.

During the month of March under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of eighty-four new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were eleven delinquency cases, seven juvenile traffic cases, three unruly, and no permanent custody cases filed. There were nine cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were fifty-four cases that were new or reactivated.
