PUBLIC NOTICE
Perry County Commissioners hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 5.4% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 through 2026. A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room at 212 S. Main St., Lower Level, New Lexington, Ohio 43764 for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.
