PBHC Black Balloon Day | Wednesday, March 6, 2024
Perry Behavioral Health Choices is hosting Black Balloon Day on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the PBHC Activity Center - New Lexington, Ohio. Please submit artwork for the art exhibit by Monday, March 4, 2024.
12:00 p.m. - Doors Open
- View art exhibit
- Enjoy refreshments
- Visit SPOT Trailer
- Visit with the Perry County Health Department for a free Narcan kit
1:00 p.m. - Awareness Walk: The walk will start off at PBHC’s Activity Center. The group will walk south towards Mill St., crossing at the traffic light at Mill and Main St. The group will then head back north towards town on the other side of Main street. We will walk all of the way down and cross at the intersection of Main and Water St. The group will then walk south back down Main St. to the Activity Center.

We are asking all who come to wear black to bring awareness to the lives that are lost every day to an overdose.
Art Exhibit Submission
Please submit artwork to Perry Behavioral Health Choices Activity Center by Monday, March 4th, 2024.
- Art must be an original piece related to the theme of Recovery
- Art can be created with crayons, markers, ink, pencil, oils, collage, sculpture, paper mache, etc.
- Each piece must contain a Black Balloon
