SOUTHEAST OHIO FOODBANK PROVIDING FREE SUMMER MEALS IN PERRY COUNTY

LOGAN, OH - The Southeast Ohio Foodbank & Regional Kitchen is participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Free meals are provided to all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:

Two locations available in Perry County

 

LOGAN, OH - The Southeast Ohio Foodbank & Regional Kitchen is participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Free meals are provided to all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:

Corning Public Library
113 11th St.
Corning, OH 43740
Lunch, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
6/7/21 – 8/13/21

Hope Acts
109 W. Main St.
New Straitsville, OH 43766
Lunch, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6/8/21 – 8/12/21

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
