SUMMER CRISIS PROGRAM TO END SEPTEMBER 30, 2024
GLOUSTER – The Ohio Department of Development and Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) will help income-eligible Ohioans stay cool during the hot summer months. The Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program provides eligible Ohioans assistance paying an electric bill or assistance paying for fans, air conditioning, or central air conditioning repairs. The program runs from July 1- September 30, 2024.

Governor DeWine asks that all Ohioans observe a moment of silence beginning at 8:46 a.m. to honor the innocent lives lost as a result of the terrorist attacks.

The Community Service Program works with County, Township, Village, and non-profit organizations within Perry County. People convicted of a misdemeanor may be fined, required to do Community Service, or a combination of both. Required Community Service hours typically range from 20 to 80 hours per conviction.
